5 tips to 5 a day: 1. Swap your children's cereal bar snack for vitamin packed fruit or cut up vegetables 2. If your child doesn't like vegetables, grate some into cooking sauces 3. If they're not a vegetable fan give them sweet vegetables like carrots, peppers and squashes 4. Praise children when they eat fruit and vegetables, especially when they try a new one or one they say they don't like 5. They are never too young to learn about the health benefits of fruit and vegetables. Teach them and lead by example
